**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales opportunities by researching potential new leads.
- identify and escalate issues to supervisors..
- providing information regarding our services to clients.
- keep records of all call information.
- additional duties assighned.

**Job Requirements**:

- one or two years of experience in telesales.
- must be pateint,persuasive and persistent
- good communication and phone skills
- must be available for atleast 2 months.
- Proficient in English






- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- FEMALES preffered
