We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and hardworking Case Processing Officer who can join us immediately at our Dubai Branch.
**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Critical Thinker and with good comprehension skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably with at least 1-year relevant work experience
- Able to manage time and work priorities
- Presentable and confident
- Preferably Single and over 25 years old
ROLE:
- Overseeing, updating, and follow-up on all the existing client’s datasheets for different locations.
- Ensuring the documents for existing clients are saved properly in respective folders and uploading them on the shared drive.
- Processing Investors Applications of various provinces and federal streams
- Ensure continuous follow-up and address all the client’s concerns.
- Handling complaints in a proper manner and escalate issues if appropriate to the management for further investigation and review.
- Meeting clients for submission of documents, explanation of immigration process, procedures, and documentation assistance.
- Monitor changes of various immigration regulations.
- Preparing clients' visa grant requests for visa stamping.
- Coordinating with designated organizations in Canada for assessment of applicant’s educations.
- Coordinating with the lawyers for the cases of clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
