We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team.
The Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient care outcomes and ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
- Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting,
and resource allocation for the unit.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery.
**Requirements**:
- DOH Licensed
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills for data management and electronic health records.
