**What We Need**:
As a Strategic Client Servicing Executive at Liquid, you will play a pivotal role in managing global FMCG brands and fostering strong client relationships. We are seeking someone with the following qualifications and skills:

- **Mandatory - 2-3 years of experience in a global advertising agency in a client management/servicing role, collaborating with clients and creative teams.**:

- Proven track record of client relationship management and retention






- 2-4 years of experience in crafting effective creative briefs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

**What You'll Do**:
In this role, you will be the key client contact for creating e-commerce and shopper marketing creative content. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with the internal creative team to drive impactful creative solutions.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to agency processes, creative briefing templates, contact reports, and client status reports.
- Raise cost estimates and facilitate timely invoicing with the help of the finance team
- Championing brand/product knowledge, including features, pricing, benefits, and competitive advantage.
- Staying informed about the competitive landscape, program assessments, and marketplace trend news/reports.
- Driving business growth and revenue through proactive initiatives.

**Salary**: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
