**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the establishment and growth of our real estate firm in Dubai.
- Utilize personal network of investors and agents to drive business development and foster partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract clients and close deals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations,
including property listings, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the real estate team to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the interior design and fitout company to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing a real estate brokerage in Dubai.
- Extensive personal network of investors and agents.
- Proven track record of successful business development and deal closure.
- Ability and willingness to launch a newly formed real estate firm.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
