Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Senior Management

**Job Summary**:
The Social Media and Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in executing social media strategies, content creation, and promotional activities to enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness within the recruitment and staffing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries,





and engage with followers to build a community around the brand.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitors’ strategies.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining the company's website and updating content as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a schedule for posting and ensure consistency in brand messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva,





Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
