Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DOH license to join our Home Health Care team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health,
documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Qualifications:
- Valid DOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Working Conditions:
