- Planning and Overseeing Audits
- Develop audit plans and strategies for financial, operational, or compliance audits.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper audit scope and timing.
- Allocate resources and assign audit team members to specific audit tasks.
- Lead the audit team in conducting fieldwork, including reviewing processes, records, and controls.
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Identify areas of risk, inefficiencies, and non-compliance.






- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls within the organization.
- Recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational performance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for senior management or stakeholders.
- Present audit results to management, the audit committee, or other relevant parties.
- Maintain open communication with departments throughout the audit process.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of high risk within the organization.
- Prioritize audits based on risk factors and criticality of business processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor for regulatory changes and ensure internal policies are up-to-date.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and audit staff.
- Qualification-
- CA or ACCA qualified professional.
- Proficiency in Software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.





Demonstrated expertise in internal auditing, compliance management, and external audit coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and decision-making.
