Job Purpose:
The Bike Delivery Driver (Pet Shop) is responsible for delivering pet products, such as food, accessories, and other supplies, to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. The driver ensures that customer orders are delivered accurately and maintains excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of Pet Products:
- Safely transport pet supplies (food, toys, grooming items, etc.) from the store/warehouse to customers using a company-provided motorcycle.
- Ensure deliveries are completed within the scheduled timeframes and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Handle delicate items, ensuring they are transported without damage (e.g., fragile pet products).
Customer Service:
- Deliver products to customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide customers with any required assistance, such as helping them bring heavier items inside.
- Collect payments (if required) and provide accurate receipts to customers.
Order Verification and Accuracy:
- Check orders for accuracy before leaving the store to ensure all products are accounted for.
- Double-check delivery addresses and special customer instructions for each order.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all local traffic laws and company safety guidelines while on the road.
- Perform regular safety checks on the motorcycle, including fuel, brakes, tire pressure, and lights.
- Wear appropriate safety gear at all times, including a helmet and protective clothing.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Keep the delivery bike in good condition by scheduling routine maintenance and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the motorcycle.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, customer feedback, and payments collected.
- Report any issues faced during delivery to the logistics or store manager immediately.
Coordination with the Store Team:
- Coordinate with the store team regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and customer inquiries.
- Assist with packing orders and loading products onto the bike when necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Valid UAE Motorcycle License.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bike delivery driver
- Good knowledge of local road routes and traffic regulations.
- Ability to use GPS or map applications for navigation.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and carrying of delivery packages
- Basic understanding of pet products and supplies (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
