Job Responsibilities
1. Check cleaning equipment condition.
2. Coach Service team.
3. Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.
4. Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
5. Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
6. Handle reassignment of tasks when needed.
7. Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.
8. Implement work plans.
9. Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
10. Interact and build relationships with customers.
11. Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and tender specifications.
12. Monitor cleaning material stock levels and reorder materials when needed.
13. Plan out work schedule for cleaners.
14.
Provide help and guidance to immediate reports.
15. Solve operational problems and make decisions.
16. Submit daily cleanliness report.
17. Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned tasks.
18. Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Cleaner: 1 year (Preferred)
