Food Beverage Supervisor - Moana

Day to day your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Effectively handle guest complaints
- Assist with rostering taking into consideration forecast wage cost staff requests etc
- Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the next service period making adjustments to the roster where necessary
- Ensure there is enough mis en place for service
- Ensure beverage cost is maintained to budget
- Report any shortages in equipment to the manager
- Conduct staff training including induction product knowledge etc
- Counsel staff if not performing to the Outlets standards
- Attend and actively participate in necessary meetings
- Be able to take charge of the outlet/area in the absence of the Manager
- Daily stock ordering






- Flexibility to work in all F&B; areas

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Capacity to work well under pressure.
- Bar background is an additional advantage
- Strong multitasking skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced settings.
