Job Review:

Double deep reach truck operator is responsible for operating specialized forklifts designed to handle and store goods in narrow aisles and high shelving units, particularly in warehouses and distribution centers. Here are the key roles and responsibilities associated with this position:

Roles and responsibilities:

Operation of Reach Truck:

Safely operate a reach truck to move, lift, stack, and transport materials and products within the warehouse. Inspect the reach truck before use to ensure it is in safe working order.

Material Handling:





Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas using the reach truck. Place materials in designated storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation.

Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records of products handled. Keep track of stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Participate in safety training and maintain awareness of potential hazards.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance checks on the reach truck and report any mechanical issues. Keep the work area organized and clean to ensure efficiency and safety.

Team Collaboration: Work with warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading activities. Communicate effectively with other team members regarding inventory movements and stock levels.

Quality Control : Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality. Ensure that products are handled safely to prevent damage.







Record Keeping: Maintain logs of daily activities, material movements, and equipment use. Document any incidents or safety concerns and report them to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in roles involving loading, unloading, stickering, or shrink wrapping.
- A valid reach truck operator license required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to warehouse activities.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and labelling products.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.






- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
