Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels for Corporate / MICE clients.
- Provide quick and timely responses, developing professional long-term business relationships.
- Support hotels' service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Work closely with the Revenue department to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel.
- Develop strong relationships with the on-property front office team to ensure unity and achieve common goals.
- Accompany the sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in account development and assess the effectiveness and sales skills of the salesperson.
- Target key accounts with potential for the company.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Engage in activities such as sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Qualifications:
- Relevant sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an added advantage.
