Job Description
Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Effectively handle guest complaints
2.
Assist with rostering, taking into consideration forecast, wage cost, staff requests etc
3. Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the next service period, making adjustments to the roster where necessary
4. Ensure there is enough mis en place for service
5. Ensure beverage cost is maintained to budget
6. Report any shortages in equipment to the manager
7. Conduct staff training including induction, product knowledge etc
8. Counsel staff if not performing to the Outlet's standards
9. Attend and actively participate in necessary meetings
10. Be able to take charge of the outlet/area in the absence of the Manager
11. Daily stock ordering
12. Flexibility to work in all F&B; areas
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
1. Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills
4. Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
5.
Capacity to work well under pressure.
6. Bar background additional advantage
7. Strong Multi-Tasking skills
8. Proven ability to work fast in high-pressure settings.
