We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our bright HR Administartion team.

Responsibilities:







- Responsible for providing accurate updates on employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements and benefits changes;
- You will be working with finance and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing;
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance;
- Oversee accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity;
- Draft contracts and ensuring timely signatures where applicable;
- Provide departing employees with necessary information and support regarding their departure, including details stated on their contracts;
- Work together with the Govt Relations Officer to ensure visas are cancelled as per the termination of contract clause;
- Prepare requested documents as requested included but not limited to salary certificates, travel NOCs etc;






- Coordinate with insurance broker to ensure;
- new legal entities are covered under the Insurance Policy.
- employees and their dependents are all insured upon their joining.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to C&B;, HRBPs, Legal etc for creation and/or distribution of relevant information;
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements and skills;

- Several years of experience within a similar role
- At least Bachelor level degree
- Outstanding knowledge of labor legislation
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Attitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
