THE MISSION
Like Granny's dishes from our childhood, our cuisine is generous & of the best quality ð²ðµ. In this way, you are responsible for setting up the dishes and respecting the values of Mama. ð¥â
You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage. ð ½ð½ï
You control and ensure the proper storage of supplies. ð ð
You participate in the creation of the menu in collaboration with management and the Group Executive Chef ðð âð³
You recruit, lead and develop a kitchen team of around 30 people. ð¥ð âð³ð âð³
You ensure the profitability of the kitchen through an optimal use of the goods, a rigorous management and the respect of the ratios. ð ð
You respect hygiene standards and youâve mastered the HACCP method. ð ¼âï You are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. ð ð
