Responsible for leading and executing sales deals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
What you'll do!
· Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
· Prepare and develop presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
· Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
· Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders,
negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
· Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
· Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to u management.
· Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
· Contributing to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
· Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
Requirements
· UAE Banking Experience is a must
Bachelor's Computer science/ business administration or any related field
· 5-7 years of experience (SR sales)
· sales Willingness to travel across the region
· Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations that demonstrate a clear ability to hunt within sales territory.
· Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management.
· Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint, Excel
· successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions For Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Banking.
· Proven ability to articulate value proposition and ROI.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
