**Job description**

We are currently looking for **Tele-Caller Executive (Hindi English Speaker) **position to join our team of professionals.

Preferably: - **Females.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products/services of the company
- Probe customers with right questions to understand their requirement
- Creating a want in the customers of our products/services
- Direct prospects to the sales team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the extra mile to meet target and facilitate future sales
- Keep a record of calls and submit daily report to the reporting manager







**Requirements**:

- Should have proven experience in telemarketing.
- Proven record of achieving targets and should be a go-getter.
- Should be highly enthusiastic and proactive.
- Should have good command on English language.
- Ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be ambitious and eager to earn more & more incentives.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Minimum one year of experience in similar industry.

Flexibile and Adaptable to work is required.

**Tele-Callers Experience is added advantages.**

**Working Time: - Start from 10 am (Including 1 Hour Break).**

**Job Location: - Dubai, UAE.**

**Fixed Salary: AED3,000.00 - 3,500.00 per month + Incentive**

**Experience**:

- Tele Sales Marketing - 1 - 3 year (preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Telemarketer:





1-1 year (preferred)
