The Role
**Position Title**: SEN - Teacher with SENCO Qualification Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the pioneers Investments groups in UAE Job Description: - To plan and organize activities and opportunities to extend learning. - To produce accurate and effective observations to assess the child’s progress and the effectiveness of the learning environment. - To support the development of the children through the early year’s framework. - To manage the children’s behaviour and routines in line with the settings policies and procedures.
- Help to determine the strategic development of SEN policy and provision in the nursery - Have day-to-day responsibility for: - Implementing SEN policy - Co-ordinating any specific provisions for individual pupils with SEN, including those with education, health, and care (EHC) plans - Advise staff about SEN strategy and provision - Work closely with staff, parents, and special needs institution - Provide developmental reports on weekly and monthly bases
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: - Female, 35 years old and below - Must have a Certificate in childcare (CACHE 3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Education - At least 2 years relevant work experience - Must have a Certificate of Special Education Need - Immediate joiners will be prioritized
