**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential clients, establish initial contact, and set up meetings to understand their needs, investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Present, promote, and sell our Forex products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and monitor competitors' practices to effectively handle clients' queries and concerns.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in sales within the Forex market.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading, market dynamics, and solid knowledge of financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
