We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a Marketing Agency.
Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for Finding good-fit leads, adding new accounts, planning & conducting the monthly visiting plan, coordinating with management to create the offers, building a long relationship with customers, Ensure the customer satisfaction,
The focus is on seeking for potential long-term clients and retain them by following up their needs.
Organization Chart: This position reports to the Managing Direction directly.
The Main Objectives:
Learn the complete agency work and find opportunities to upgrade the selling process.
Identify potential customers and create a monthly plan to communicate with them.
Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss how services can meet their needs.
Monitor market conditions and competitor services and prices.
Negotiate prices or terms of the service with the customers.
Maintain complete status of each open, new, progress of each account.
Identify new territory techniques to improve identification of new accounts.
**Requirements**:
The sales Representative should be able to work in outdoor environment to visit customers locations “must has his/her own car”
Basic Experience:
The sales Representative needs to have at least 2-3 years background in selling services.
Experience in Agency would be preferred.
