Answer the calls/mails in a timely, appropriate & professional manner
- Answer inquiries & obtain customer information
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining about the Driving Licensing Services, Vehicle Testing Services, available offers & promotions, add the full contact details of the student/customer in the CRM
- Explain the activities & the customer journey process depending on the type of driving license enquired
- Explain the available payment options & the required documents for registering
- Explain about the transport pick & drop options available for customers/students
- Assist the customers/students for enquiries on transfer file, rescheduling or for retaking the courses
- Provide information about the Driving Institute/Testing Center, such as timings, location & services
- Actively listen to customers to address their needs, complaints, or other queries related to Driving Licensing / Vehicle Testing services
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible available options and ensuring the satisfaction of the customer
- Route calls to appropriate departments as per the enquiries
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Listen & record complaints from customers
- Record customer/student complaints in a professional manner
- Inform the customer/student about the complaint handling process & take relevant steps to solve
- Analyze complaints, identify root cause & take action
- Revert / inform to customer / student about the action taken & complaint closure
- Maintain and update customer/student details & document all call information as per standards
- Maintain call logs of enquiries with reasons for non-registrations if any
- Submission of monthly report in a timely & effective manner
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain clean & hygienic condition of the telephone equipment
- Attending to Front Desk, Registration, booking & scheduling activities as and when required
- Explain to the customer the New Vehicle Registration Process & the available vehicle test types
- Explain to the customers about the Pre-Testing requirement for vehicles
.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior
