**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Manage and grow relationships with clients and retailers.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
- A completed bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.






- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
