**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning & Scheduling**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor the project plan and ensure that tasks are completed as per deadlines.
- Coordinate with the project manager to identify any delays and mitigate risks.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of project records.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:
- Serve as a liaison between the project manager, contractors,
consultants, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting up agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure clear communication between all parties involved to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
- **Budget Monitoring & Cost Control**:
- Track project expenses and ensure they are within the allocated budget.
- Report any cost overruns or financial discrepancies to the project manager.
- Assist in preparing cost forecasts and identifying areas for cost savings.
- **Procurement Coordination**:
- Assist with material procurement by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with project specifications and deadlines.
- Track inventory and manage material logistics.
- **Risk & Quality Management**:
- Monitor potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
- Conduct inspections or coordinate with third-party inspectors to verify compliance with construction standards.
- **Project Tracking & Progress Monitoring**:
- Track project milestones and monitor daily progress against the overall schedule.
- Help coordinate site activities and ensure that all trades are working as per the plan.
- Report on site issues or delays that may impact the project schedule.
- **Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE)**:
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Coordinate safety audits and ensure that the workforce is aware of safety procedures.
- **Contract & Client Management**:
- Assist in managing client expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by contractors and suppliers.
- **Change Management**:
- Coordinate the review and approval of change orders and ensure that they are reflected in the project plan.
- Assist with negotiations and contract amendments.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with construction industry practices and regulations in the UAE.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budget tracking.

Pay:
AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- project coordinator in uae: 6 years (required)
License/Certification:
- uae drivers license (preferred)
