Maintain a constant updated stock of properties through cold-calling
- Preparing offer letters, issuing agreements & addendums based on negotiated terms for sellers.
- Be involved in all aspects for real estate administration, filing systems & specialty leasing and sales for the company.
- To effectively liaise with other departments to ensure efficient real estate operations.
- Arrange property viewings for agents.
- Identify potential buyer leads over the phone and arrange meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Preferably Bilingual (English and/or Arabic) - Russian is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Real Estate (Sales OR Leasing)






- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

**Job Type**:Full-time

- Real Estate: 1 year (required)
- Telesales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic & Russian (preferred)
- English (mandatory)

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
