- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, mails, and minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system - Order office supplies - Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors.
Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Secretary and should
be knowledgeable about import and export.
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
