Car Accessories Indoor Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Supervisor with atleast 2 years experience in car accessories wholesale sector to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise sales operations of sales team.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Implement strategies to sell products or services.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.






- Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
- Supervise field marketing and sales force.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Car accessories distribution sector: 2 years (preferred)
