- WORKED IN A MEAL PLAN KITCHEN.
- International cuisine experience (Indian, Arabic and Continental)
- Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Direct all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup
- Maintain kitchen equipment as needed
- Supervise chefs and cooks
- Resolve issues as they arise to ensure the continuation of foodservice
- Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure efficiency
- Plan menus and set prices based on the availability of ingredients
- Make sure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen
- Inspect raw and cooked food to guarantee quality
- Collaborate with the general manager and owner to aline kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the establishment
- Direct monthly inventory
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Recruit and train chefs and kitchen staff
- Control food costs
- Train staff and recruit senior chefs to expand the business segment and collaboration's
- Create Menus with Macros and Micros of each dish with SOP's in place
- Make sure Managment of deliverables and food has been maintained.
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Sous Chef: 6 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
License/Certification:
- Experience of Pre -opening Restaurant /Cloud Kitchen? (required)
- Experience in Healthy Cloud kitchen? (required)
- Are you available for trial in Dubai (required)
- 6 years experience in Dubai as Sous chef? (required)
- experience in Macros, calorie counted Menu Making? (required)
- HACCP Certification? (required)
- 5 years experience in Healthy kitchen for Menu Making? (required)
- Experience in Indian, Continental and Arabic Cuisine? (required)
