Measurement of quantities to support the cost estimate and construction.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities, utilizing the Principles of Measurement International (POMI) method of measurement
Preparation of detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) required for construction including all the accessories required as per the project drawings and specifications to initiate the Purchase Request.
Preparation of detailed cost estimates using CCS with detailed breakdown of labor, material and equipment.
Evaluate the quotes received from vendors and subcontractors and develop the techno-commercial comparison.
Monitor the daily labor productivity vs budget.
Monitor the material and equipment consumption vs budget.
Prepare the monthly construction cost monitoring report.
Assessing the entitlement of contract variations, develop the cost estimate and negotiate.
Develop the final accounts and cost reports.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,162.01 per month
