**Job Title**: Team Leader - Real Estate

**Your Role**:
As the Team Leader for our sales force, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales strategies and the overall success of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, motivate sales team; set and strategize sales targets.
- Coach, train team members; enhance skills, ensure regulation compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews; offer feedback, improvement plans.
- Manage, allocate leads; maximize conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing; develop effective strategies.
- Monitor market trends, adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure legal, regulatory compliance; uphold RERA, Land Department standards.
- Foster team innovation, excellence in a supportive environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- A proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a broad network of contacts.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other real estate tools.
- Familiarity with RERA regulations and Dubai Land Department procedures.
- A UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are an advantage.
