Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through to completion.
2. Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide professional architectural advice.
4. Develop and present detailed architectural plans, specifications, and design documents.
5. Oversee and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
6.





Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations and project goals.
9. Resolve any design or construction issues that arise, providing innovative and practical solutions.
10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portion in an engineering consultancy.
3. Extensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
4. Proven experience in leading and managing architectural projects and teams.
5. Strong client handling skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
6. Excellent design and technical skills, with proficiency in architectural software and tools.
7.





Strong organizational and project management abilities.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
10. Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE is highly preferred.
