Position Available**:Dental Insurance Coordinator**

Dental clinic in Dubai Healthcare City seeking a Dental In with comprehensive knowledge of insurance to join our esteemed facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold the highest service standards for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.
- **Good knowledge about insurance is MUST - ECLAIMS**
**Requirements**:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, ensuring accurate billing and claim submission.
- Review treatment plans and coordinate with insurance providers to obtain pre-authorizations and estimate patient costs.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, denials, and appeals to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, billing codes, and industry trends.
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities.
- Collaborate with dental providers and office staff to resolve insurance-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Generate reports and analyze insurance claim data to identify trends, improve billing processes, and maximize reimbursement.
- Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and financial counseling as needed.
**Demonstrable expertise in insurance processes is a must in ECLAIMS.**
**Proven experience in receptionist roles is advantageous.**
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
