Personal Assistant and Admin with Sales skills

We are a prominent interior and exterior design and build company seeking a reliable and skilled Personal Assistant and Admin professional to support our CEO. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of sales processes, preferably with previous experience in contracting and engineering consultancies in the UAE. If you possess exceptional organizational and communication skills and excel at multitasking, we would love to have you as the right hand to our CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO by attending meetings/events with her or on behalf of her.
- Prepare and update company profiles, proposals, presentations, quotations, invoices,





and professional reports for clients
- Conduct research, gather information, and compare quotations to support decision-making and cost analysis.
- Reach out to existing clients to maintain relationships and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Proactively search for new clients through various channels and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's social media presence, ensuring regular updates and engaging content.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document organization, filing, and data entry.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or admin professional, preferably in the contracting and engineering consultancies field in the UAE.
- Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and negotiate deals.
- Strong research skills with the ability to find and compare quotations.
- Proficiency in preparing professional reports, company profiles, proposals, and presentations.






- Presentable with Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic understanding of managing social media accounts.
- Bonus: Residing in Dubai, UAE.

This is a part-time position with high commission percentage, but with the potential for long-term collaboration based on your performance and compatibility with our CEO. If you prove to be an indispensable asset to our CEO, there may be opportunities for increased salary/commission
