**Job Summary**: The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products directly to customers. This role involves managing a van sales route, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Management**:
- Drive a company van to visit customers on assigned routes.
- Promote and sell products to existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain stock levels in the van and ensure products are well-presented.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding stock handling and sales.
- **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- FMCG industrial experience preferred.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in van sales or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- marketing executive: 1 year (preferred)
