Responsibilities:
Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and producing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Follow recipes and instructions accurately and consistently.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
Manage kitchen sanitation and hygiene practices.
Work collaboratively with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff.
Train and supervise junior pastry staff as required.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry) or similar role
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately and consistently
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
**Salary**: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
