Patient Relations Coordinator (Admissions & Patient

Primary Job Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for explaining the admission process to the patients.
- Responsible for patient counseling as and when required
- Responding to the needs of patients in a timely manner, resolving issues and recommending ways to better care for patients to the hospital and keep files confidential.
- Co-ordinate with insurance, billing, admissions, and discharge departments.
- Acts as a link between the physicians and patients.
- Records all customer feedback and updates the supervisor/manager.
- To visit patients to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. Also prepares a daily report on the rounds carried and submits it to the Manager.






- To know the number of patients, new admissions, night problems if any
- To update appointments, admission and discharge register.
- To meet patient and ensure proper services from all the departments
- To follow up pending investigations
- Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager.
