As a Sales Manager Long Stay, you will be responsible for providing professional and friendly service to all patrons and assisting the Sales Team in achieving targets and generating sales for the property.

What you will be doing:
- Effectively manage your own account portfolio and take part in all sales-related activities to sell all aspects of the hotel.
- Handle issues regarding accounts/potential accounts mainly relating to Corporate and long stay accounts.
- Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Maintain contact with local business generators, meeting and convention planners, Visitors/Convention Bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, and other procedures closely.
- Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures.
- Perform any other duties as required by Management.
- Assist with any other sales and events support projects and duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Sales department is preferred.
- Business degree or any relevant qualification would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
