A Senior Brand Engagement Manager is required to sell the full 360 services of ITP Gaming including B2B and B2C events (online and offline), esports activations and tournaments, digital advertising, in-game advertising, mobile game development and influencer marketing to gaming and non-endemic clients.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for potential clients
- Management of new clients and their account growth
- Leverage insights to create compelling client-facing proposals and strategies
- Achieve sales targets and grow product revenue streams
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
Requirements
- A strong relationship with existing brands and partners
- 5-7 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development,
or sales within the gaming or entertainment industries
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful brand partnerships
- In-depth understanding and interest in gaming and esports is mandatory
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative partnership solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content, and production to deliver integrated partnership solutions.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Arabic speaking is advantageous
