Our Clients Company is looking for an Admin cum Book keeping Assistant
- **Bachelor Degree or equivalent.**:
- **2 - 3 years of experience is a similar role in the UAE.**:
- **Bookkeeping experience is a must.**:
- **Good working experience with ZOHO Books, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.**:
- **Excellent communication English skills, both verbal and in writing.**:
- **Immediately available**
**Responsibilities**:
- General administrative work in, but not limited to, setting up, keeping and maintaining all back office related archives, including HR.
- Receive, record and distribute incoming client communications, such as service inquiries, quotation requests, etc.
- Receive visitors.
- Recording of all monthly invoices - incoming and outgoing - in the bookkeeping software.
- Main liaison for vendor relations.
- Liaising with the government and PRO for visa and trade license related tasks.
- Executing purchasing requests.
- Supporting the warehouse with incoming and outgoing shipments.
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
