We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Instrument Control Engineering team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As a Regional Channel Sales Lead**, **you'll be a Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
Developing operational plan for own department. You'll be a customer ambassador to contribute innovative insights, new and existing sales opportunity.
**As a Regional Channel Sales Lead, you will be responsible for**:
- Selling to or through partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.
- Handle standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Work on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks.
- Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
- Handle diverse clients in a region.
- Lead a department with medium-sized estimated orders.
- Handle local focus on Small-Medium size territory
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Must have 5-10 years of experience in Channel Sales and Gas Turbine sales.
- Should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
