**Responsibilities**
- Updating employee’s daily attendance details
- Monthly Incentive and overtime calculations
- Organize and maintain employees’ personnel records
- Update internal databases i.e. - Sick Leaves/ unpaid leave and Annual Leaves in HR Portal
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information for leaves of absence and sick leaves
- Assisting and informing to employees for visa renewal medical fitness
- Coordinate camp boss for accommodation issues and reporting management
- Reporting on accommodation incidents for disciplinary actions
- Maintaining warehouse manpower and outsourcing workers and updating the records on daily basis
- Updating/Managing of Warehouse expenses Petty cash /stationery procurement in coordination with Accounts team
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
- Knowledge of UAE labor Law
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
- Proactive
- Positive attitude
- Flexible
**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
