Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the guest and the company
- Admin Tasks (document preparation, scanning, copying, mailing and filing)
- DTCM for Unit Registration
- Guest Monitoring and Communication
- Ensure the smooth procedure for the guest check in and check out
- Coordinate office activities and operations with housekeeping teams to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with clients and Guest Relation Team for bookings, room availability and extra services

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
