**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately.
- Schedule patient appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
- Verify patient insurance information and process insurance claims as necessary.
- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.






- Collect and process payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
- Assist patients with paperwork, direct them to the appropriate departments, and provide basic information.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
