As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and values.

Nurturing a culture of employee engagement, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.

Designing and implementing performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.

Crafting and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Resolving conflicts and maintaining harmonious employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.







Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance our HR practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Arabic speaker preferred.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
