**Position: Recruitment Administrator**
**Position Purpose**
The **Recruitment Administrator **will support recruitment administration tasks for multiple positions across the Greater MENA Region.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**General Recruitment**
Provide full support across recruitment administrative processes as follows:
- Schedule interviews across departments, including handling last-minute scheduling changes, ensuring that hiring managers have up to date interview schedules/list at all time
- Send hiring manager relevant information ahead of interview (CV, Belbin, Case Study)
Provide full support across onboarding activities as follows:
- Manage the new joiner administrative process for new joiners as required by HR
- Reporting to HR leavers / staff that did not join / changes in circumstances
- Update BambooHR with MOL, bank details and payroll info for new joiners
- Build a strong knowledge of all roles and departments within the organization
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring process are in-line with Axios SOPPs
- Daily meetings with HR team on recruitment processes
- Additional duties as required
**System**
- Proactive management of BambooHR ensuring system is always up to date with zero errors
- Full calendar and diary Management of Hiring Managers through Outlook
**Relationships**
- Work closely with the Head of Depts, Hiring Managers and HR Team
**Special Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment working as part of a busy onsite HR/Recruitment team
- Discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential documentation.
- Compliance with processes and procedures in place
- Ownership and willingness to implement better ways of doing things.
- Ability to operate with urgency and prioritize multiple functions and tasks, with a focus on solutions.

**Educational Background and Experience**
- At least 2 years' experience working in a busy recruitment/ scheduling environment is ideal
- Recruitment / Recruitment Administration/ Coordination experience is essential
- HR administrative experience is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English
