**Job Overview**:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative for Beauty Products, you will be responsible for promoting and selling beauty products directly to consumers in various outdoor settings. Your goal is to build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and enhance brand visibility through face-to-face interactions.





You will be engaging with potential clients in busy public areas, beauty events, salons, spas, or door-to-door, offering personalized recommendations and product demonstrations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Prospecting**: Identify and approach potential customers in outdoor venues such as malls, beauty fairs, events, or local neighborhoods.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present beauty products (skincare, cosmetics, haircare, etc.) to customers, explaining features and benefits, and offering samples when possible.
- **Sales Execution**: Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales on the spot, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Expansion**: Explore new locations and opportunities to expand the brand's presence and grow the customer base.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on beauty trends,





product information, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and persuasive information to clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales performance, and feedback for management and reporting purposes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in outdoor sales or the beauty industry is preferred.
- **Product Knowledge**: Basic understanding of beauty products, trends, and the beauty industry is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly.
- **Self-Motivated**:





Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay driven to achieve sales targets.
- **Presentation Skills**: Confidence in presenting and demonstrating beauty products to small or large groups.
- **UAE Driving license.**

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary + Commission**: Competitive base pay with additional commission opportunities based on sales performance.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
