Calling clients using a given phone directory to buy/sell Products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Use scripts to provide information about Products/Services offers, features, prices etc.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how Product or services work or meet their demands.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Maintain client database accurately in a computer system
- Schedule meetings with clients over the phone
- Excellent communication skills especially English
