**About the Role**:

- **Concept and Design Development**:

- Create visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for websites.
- **Design and Creation**:

- Develop prototypes and layouts.
- Design graphical elements like buttons, icons, and banners.
- **Coding and Integration**:

- Implement designs using HTML/CSS and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Integrate designs with CMS platforms and backend systems.
- **Testing and Optimization**:

- Conduct cross-browser testing and optimize designs for performance and mobile devices.
- Enhance user experience through design improvements.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Collect feedback and make design changes as needed.






- Ensure designs meet technical requirements.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with developers, marketers, and other team members.
- Provide updates in regular meetings.
- **Maintenance and Support**:

- Update websites and fix bugs as needed.
- Maintain and improve existing websites.
- **Research and Learning**:

- Stay updated on web design trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field; certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in web design with a portfolio of projects.
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, CMS platforms, and responsive design.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English and Russian.






- **Creativity and Attention to Detail**:

- Ability to create appealing designs that meet user needs and business goals.
- **Communication and Technical Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and experience with prototyping, SEO principles, and performance optimization.
