**Scope of Work**:
Attendants will spend most of their time on allocated ride positions. These will often be outside and will nearly always involve standing. With this in mind, a good level of physical fitness is a must!
**Job description**
An Attraction Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service, interacting with guests, and ensuring the guests get the best possible experience.
**Job Duties include**:
- To completely satisfy each guest by greeting, helping and protecting them while maintaining a professional appearance at all times and maintain overall cleanliness of the park in order to contribute to the success of the organization.
- Welcomes and interacts with all guests to make it a fun experience
- Operates attraction and ensures guest/employee safety
- Maintains the cleanliness of all games and facility
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
- Possess patience and persistence when handling guests
- The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability on the weekends.
- To exude a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with guests and fellow colleagues.
- To become an Attractions Attendant staff will be well-trained by certified trainers of the department in order to deliver the necessary skills for each position.
- To understand and follow all Merlin Safety Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Actions Plans in order to have in-depth knowledge of the operational requirements and protocols.
- To operate the rides and attractions in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures in conjunction with the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommended operational methods in order to ensure that all Guests are safe on the ride/s while maintaining highest customer service standards.
**Education, Qualifications & Experiences**
You should have completed High school or 12th Grade certification preferably. Good English communication skills. Fresher or 1 Year of Customer Service Experience.
All training and documentation is in English so written and spoken English is required
**Salary Details**:
**Salary**: AED 1500 + Sharing accommodation **or **Accommodation Allowance (AED 400) + Transportation (**Within Dubai if Live-out**).
Duty Hours: 10 Hours Duty/weekly one day off
Preference would be given to those who can join immediately.
