We are looking to hire a Project Manager (Civil-Construction) to join our Interior and Contracting division.
Shall manage the project from the initiation/design stage, construction until the handover.
Qualifications and experience:
- G+1 Building contracting with DM approval.
- Thorough knowledge of all authority submittals and procedures (like DM,DDA, DEWA, DCD, Trakhees, Nakheel etc..)
- Experience in managing projects through the entire life cycle of a project, with architectural/design background preferable.
- Experience in submittal of documents to all authorities along with site experience and project management.
- Must be experienced in AutoCAD,
MS Excel and MS Project to prepare planning and scheduling of the projects
- Driving license is a must
- Degree Level (minimum) Bachelor of Civil Engineering is a must.
- 5 years' experience in project management with relevant UAE experience
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- Construction Trade License Registration (G+1) in Dubai (required)
- Dubai Driving License (required)
